Be giving to you too.
Trust what you are capable of doing, based off of what you have already been able to survive. Whenever we feel triggered, moving forward, we have more we can learn about ourselves, and this can often include us going deeper into YOU. Embrace all feelings you feel are for love for you. When we know there is something we have been wanting to do, yet we have not done it, we will be reminded by our subconscious. These reminders can come as feelings we often reference as "negative emotions," but all feelings are for love. We can expect the "negative emotion" label, but I encourage you to know these feelings are meant to remind you of what you are capable of. Anxiety warns us, and when it is lying to us, we can put those warnings in check. When our thoughts have us in fear of things we have never been afraid of before, we can put those thoughts in check.
Consider looking directly into your mind's eye, and saying "I love you," whenever you find yourself going down a negative path with your thoughts, especially when they are stemming from what has already happened, what you are unable to change, or when these thoughts are mean to you. Say you love you to YOU, and even consider an apology, whenever you act on those thoughts and say mean and hurtful things to and about you.
